Germany: Delivery time 1-2 working days, €5.90 (free shipping for orders over €150)

Express shipping €7.50: delivery time 1 working day (only applies if the order was placed by 12 p.m.)

Zone 1: Delivery time 3-5 working days, €6.90 (free shipping for orders over €175)

Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary

Zone 2: Delivery time 5-7 working days, €9.90

Denmark, France, Italy, Croatia, Romania, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain

Zone 3: Delivery time 5-7 working days, €12.90

Please note that for orders with a delivery country outside the EU, possible additional costs such as customs duties and taxes must be borne by the buyer.

Of course you can send the goods back to us in Münster. Please note that the return must be delivered to the post office within 14 days of receipt of the package and that the returned items are in perfect condition.

Within Germany: Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns at the moment. We charge a flat rate of 2.95 euros per order for returns from Germany.

Outside Germany: Please understand that you must bear the costs of returning the goods from abroad.
