STORY OF MINE GmbH & Co. KG, hereinafter referred to as STORY OF MINE, is giving away the items mentioned on the Instagram page (instagram.com/sol.and.pepper/). By participating in the competition, the user agrees to the following conditions of participation and responsibility for content.

1. What can you win?
By participating you have the opportunity to win the items mentioned on the Instagram page ( i nstagram.com/sol.and.pepper/ ).

2. How to win?
Participation in the competition takes place at the URL: https://www.instagram.com/sol.and.pepper/. The prize will be raffled among all participants. Participation takes place by fulfilling the conditions stated in the entry. Postal deliveries will not be taken into account in the draw.

3. Over what period of time does the campaign take place?
The campaign starts after the post is published and ends on the date stated on the Instagram page ( i nstagram.com/sol.and.pepper/ ) .

4. Who can take part?
Participation is free and every natural person is allowed to participate. For underage participants, STORY OF MINE requires the consent of their legal guardians. Participation requires the truthful provision of the data relevant to participation. Competition associations and automated competition services are not eligible to participate. Please only take part once. Multiple registrations do not increase the chance of winning because they are filtered and blocked from the drawing.

5. Who is excluded from participation?
STORY OF MINE is entitled to exclude individuals from participation if there are legitimate reasons, such as: E.g. violation of these conditions of participation, double or multiple participation, manipulation, etc., and reserves the right to take legal action. Employees of STORY OF MINE and the companies involved as well as their relatives are not allowed to take part in this competition. Legal recourse is excluded.

6. How are the winners determined?
The winners of sol.and.pepper will be determined from all participants in an independent lottery process.

7. How do I find out if I have won?
The winner will be notified via sol.and.pepper via private message. The winner then sends STORY OF MINE their address as a private message using the corresponding function on the STORY OF MINE Instagram page or by email to info@story-of-mine.com.

8. How do I receive my winnings?
With the notification of the prize, the winner will be asked to provide STORY OF MINE with the contact details provided to send or hand over the prize. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the contact details provided.

9. What happens if I don't register after being notified of the prize?
If a winner does not contact sol.and.pepper within 2 days of being notified of the win, the prize will be forfeited. In this case, a new winner will be drawn from among the eligible participants. The same applies in the event that a winner provides STORY OF MINE with incorrect contact details and it is therefore not possible to send or hand over the prize.

10. Reservation clause
STORY OF MINE reserves the right to modify, interrupt or end the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. However, STORY OF MINE only makes use of this option if the game cannot be played properly due to force majeure, technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or legal reasons can be guaranteed. STORY OF MINE shall not be liable for any loss, failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control. In justified cases, the prize can be replaced by equivalent prizes.

11. Privacy Policy
Your safety and satisfaction are the focus. STORY OF MINE stores and uses the data collected exclusively to carry out the competition. After the competition has ended, all information will be deleted.

12. Miscellaneous
Cash withdrawal of winnings is not possible. Claims to prizes cannot be transferred or assigned to other persons. Legal recourse is excluded. If individual provisions of the conditions of participation are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation remains unaffected. It will be replaced by an appropriate regulation that most closely corresponds to the purpose of the invalid provision. STORY OF MINE reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time.

13. Exemption from Instagram
This competition is carried out by STORY OF MINE GmbH & Co. KG (organizer). It is not affiliated with Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Instagram. Information is sent to STORY OF MINE, not Instagram.
